There is a lot to cover during the registration process, so we have compiled a list of our most frequently asked questions here to help guide you through it while making it as easy as possible.

1. Is the information that I upload public? 

A: No. All of the information you provide to us will be kept in our systems and not shared with any other company.

2. What if the information that I provide changes? 

A: You will be able to re-upload or update the information at any time on your profile page. 

3. I made a mistake on the registration, can I fix it? 

A: Yes, once registration is complete you will be able to go back and make changes in your profile.  

4. Why do you need all of this information?

A: We are collecting this information from our customers and suppliers in order to meet ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) standards and regulations and to meet our own sustainability goals for the future. 

5. Why are we registering and accessing the Fubang - Portal?

A: To obtain up to date information from Fubang on environmental goals and supply chain. Also, to supply Fubang with updated information and requests for environmental goals and standards.

6. Who is the Fubang – Portal for?

A: All Fubang Customers and Suppliers
